Rhiannon and Nigel were both incredibly communicative right the way through, explaining everything very clearly and providing solutions to all my questions at the time of quoting, and then keeping us informed of progress. The work itself is really neat and well thought through. It's only for the garage, but it was still done as unobtrusively as possible. We also appreciated how respectful they were, making sure to protect our new kitchen floor. Couldn't recommend more.

 Slight change to job with no need for airial in the end.  Nigel came round and fitted a ceiling light for me in our newly refurbished bedroom.  Good job and zero mess, great service.

Thanks for a great job. Highly recomended! This was a fairly small job so I thought it was going to be tricky to get too many firms interested in even looking at it... but Rhiannon responded quickly, came and had a look promptly and gave us an early date when N2R could do the work. I was able to buy the light fittings I prefered myself without this being a problem and Rhiannon gave us good advice about what we needed and the best way to arrange the lighting for optimal effect. Overall N2R were very efficient, friendly and polite and the work was completed to a high standard. They caused the least amount of disruption possible rather than dismantling half the house, made minimal mess (brought their own dust sheets etc.) and cleared up after themselves when they were done. The price was very reasonable and I was able to pay a few days later by Bank Transfer... so every aspect was conveniuent and easy to deal with. I will definitely be using N2R again in the future.

Rhiannon was very good. We would highly recommend her. Polite, true to her word and prompt. We'd definitely use her services again.
